Want to give to a specific category that is not listed on the drop down? Select Designated Giving or Designated Missions (for a specific mission) on the drop down list. When you get to the checkout screen slide over the button to Include a note with gift in the note let us know where you want your gift to be used.

 

    • Q: Do I need to tithe online now?

    • A: No, you are not required to give online. The new giving portal is simply a tool that allows everyone to view and print their contribution records at any time, whether the gifts were made in person or online. While the system offers an online giving option, your in-person gifts are just as valued and appreciated!

    • Q: Is the recurring gift coming out of my old EasyTithe account still going to the church?

    • A: Yes, for now we will still receive contributions that are automatically processed through EasyTithe. However, this will be phased out soon, so please take a moment to cancel your EasyTithe recurring gift and set up your giving in the new system.

    • Q: Is this website secure, or could I be hacked if I log into my portal?

    • A: Rest assured, the new giving website is completely secure. Your personal information and giving records are protected. Your account already exists in the portal whether or not you log in, so accessing it does not make it more or less secure.

    • Q: Will I still receive a yearly statement of my giving?

    • A: Yes! In fact, now you can access your statements anytime throughout the year, no need to wait for tax season. The church office will still have access to these records and can print a statement for anyone who is in need.
